FTMO 1-Step: Consistency replaces the Best Day Rule for orders from 12 October 2026

On FTMO's 1-Step accounts ordered from 12 October 2026, the best day may be at most 50% of total profit, both to pass the Challenge and before a reward. The Best Day Rule it replaces measured the best day against the profit of all positive days, and accounts from earlier orders keep it.

What this means

The limit stays 50%, but what it is compared with changes. Total profit counts losing days as well as winning ones, so on the same trading days it can be smaller than the profit of all positive days, and the best day's share of it larger. Going over is not a breach under either rule: more profit is needed first.

Which rule applies depends on when the account was ordered, and on any merge after 12 October 2026, not on the account size. The rows of each 1-Step account say which rule they show.
