These Terms & Conditions govern your use of propfirmwiz.com (the “Website”), operated under the name Prop Firm Wiz by Jay Heart, an individual based in the United States (“we”, “us” or “our”).

By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. The Website is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

1. About Prop Firm Wiz

Prop Firm Wiz publishes independent research and educational information about proprietary trading firms, their programs and trading rules. We are an information publisher. We do not operate a prop firm, provide brokerage services, manage trading accounts or hold customer trading funds.

2. Information, not personal financial advice

Our content is provided for general information and education. It is not personalised investment, financial, legal or tax advice, an offer to trade, or a guarantee that any firm or program is suitable for you.

Examples and calculations are illustrative and depend on their stated assumptions. Research, comparisons and any analytical assessments reflect their scope, sources and review dates; they do not guarantee a firm’s reliability, future conduct or ability to pay.

You are responsible for evaluating your circumstances and seeking qualified advice where appropriate. Trading leveraged products such as CFDs and futures involves a high risk of loss. Paying for a trading evaluation does not guarantee passing, access to a funded account, profits or a payout. Fees and trading capital may be lost. Account balances described by a prop firm may be simulated and are not necessarily money that a trader owns or can withdraw.

3. Accuracy and changes to firm rules

We aim to present accurate, clearly explained information, but errors, omissions and delays can occur. Fees, eligibility, rules and payout conditions may change after we review them. A review date is not a guarantee that every detail remains current.

Before purchasing or participating in a program, check the firm’s current official terms and the agreement that applies to your country, program, account size, platform and account stage. Our summaries do not replace that agreement.

4. Third-party services and commercial relationships

The Website may link to prop firms, platforms or other third parties. A link or mention is not a guarantee or certification of their services. Any purchase, account or agreement with a third party is between you and that provider, under its own terms. We do not determine its eligibility decisions, refunds, rule enforcement or payouts.

If we use an affiliate link, we may receive a commission when a visitor follows it or makes a qualifying purchase. We will identify affiliate links and sponsored placements clearly in the relevant context. Commercial relationships do not entitle a firm to a favourable research conclusion.

5. Use of our content

Our original writing, graphics, website design and original research presentation are protected by intellectual-property laws where applicable. Third-party names, logos and materials belong to their respective owners. We do not claim exclusive ownership of publicly available facts or third-party rules.

You may read our content, share links and quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link to the source. This permission is additional to any use permitted by law. Reproducing substantial parts of our original content, reselling it or republishing a substantial part of an original dataset requires our written permission unless applicable law permits otherwise.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Website develops. The updated version will show a new date and apply to use of the Website after it takes effect. Changes do not remove rights that have already arisen. Where required, we will give additional notice or obtain agreement.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
