FTMO lowers the drawdown and raises the payout threshold of its Growth $100,000 and $150,000 futures accounts
FTMO's Growth $100,000 and $150,000 futures accounts now have a Max Drawdown of $3,000 and $4,500, down from $3,500 and $5,000, and a payout now needs 4 trading days in the cycle that each end with at least $300 or $450 of closed profit, up from $250 and $300. We last read the old figures on FTMO's rules pages on 4 November 2026 and first read the new ones on 5 November; FTMO marks the rules "Updated" but states no date.

What this means
The drawdown is still end-of-day trailing and the same in the Evaluation and the Sim-Funded Account, so the limit on the first day is now $97,000 on the $100,000 account and $145,500 on the $150,000 account, and it still locks once it reaches the starting balance. The profit targets stay $6,000 and $9,000, so each account now needs a profit of twice its loss allowance, and the fee per $1,000 of opening risk rises with the smaller allowance: $56.33 to $112.67 for one or two monthly charges on the $100,000 account (was $48.29 to $96.57) and $50.89 to $101.78 on the $150,000 account (was $45.80 to $91.60). The monthly fees, $169 and $229, are unchanged.
Payouts still need 4 qualifying days in every cycle; only the profit each day needs has risen. FTMO's Growth $50,000 account and its Pro accounts did not change. FTMO's pages do not say whether accounts bought before the change keep the earlier figures.
