Apex Trader Funding lists 22 account sizes across three programs; we review 16 of them in detail so far. Each figure applies to the exact account shown, not to the whole firm.

We cover 16 Apex Trader Funding accounts, all for futures trading: EOD Trail and Intraday Trail, each in four sizes from $25,000 to $150,000 and in two variants, Standard and No Activation Fee. Each evaluation is paid for once and gives 30 days to pass. Standard charges a fee to activate the Performance Account after you pass; No Activation Fee charges none, at its own price. We read them on Tradovate; Apex also offers Rithmic and WealthCharts. Performance Accounts trade simulated capital. Apex's older Legacy accounts are on sale for a limited time, billed monthly, and we list them without covering them.

The EOD Trail Standard $50,000 account costs $590 one-time, sets a profit target of 6% and has an opening loss allowance of $2,000. Activating its Performance Account costs $129. The No Activation Fee $50,000 account costs $1,190 one-time, with the same target and loss allowance.

Intraday Trail's loss limit follows the account's high during the day rather than at the close. The Intraday Trail Standard $50,000 account costs $249 one-time, and activating its Performance Account $99.

Funded consistency rules

All 16 Futures accounts
A 50% consistency rule on the PA: no single profitable day may be 50% or more of the net profit since the last approved payout; until it is met, a payout cannot be requested, but the account stays open. The consistency article's example accepts exactly 50%.

After a payout

All 16 Futures accounts
The safety net stays; the consistency count and the 5 qualifying days start again after each approved payout. While a request is pending, trade as if the amount were already deducted: a balance below the threshold cancels it. On Tradovate, a request needs the account flat. A live account is by invitation.

Payout processing fees

All 16 Futures accounts
Not stated: no page read names a payout fee.

Published processing time

All 16 Futures accounts
Apex reviews a payout within 2 business days and sends approved funds within 3 to 4 business days; the bank or Plane usually takes 3 to 7 more, 5 to 11 business days in all. The same page still describes an older rule (eight trading days, five of them with $50 of profit, between requests) that the PA payout pages do not use.

What reviewers say. Very positive overall. Reviewers like the clear rules, an easy platform and evaluation, and payouts that are approved and reach the bank quickly. The complaints are about late payments, accounts restricted or banned without warning, slow support when it mattered, and trouble getting earned money out. About this fact. Trustpilot's own TrustScore for the firm, out of 5, with its review count and the date we read it. It is Trustpilot's figure, not ours, and we never use it to rank or rate firms. Reviews come from people who choose to post them, firms can invite customers to review, and Trustpilot says it does not fact-check reviews. When Trustpilot shows an alert on the firm's profile, we show it with the score, word for word, with Trustpilot's name for its type. When Trustpilot shows no score for the firm, we say so and quote what it shows instead, with any alert, and show none of the review figures. A score says nothing about any one account's rules or payouts.
