Opening loss allowance
Opening loss allowance: $200
How this is calculated. Opening balance minus the opening total-loss floor.
- opening balance
- $5,000
- opening total-loss floor
- $4,800
- Result
- $200
Daily loss limits and any trailing of the floor after the opening are separate rules.
Official sources: Alpha Capital Group · Prop Firm Evaluations (product page and checkout) (checked 14 October 2026); Alpha Capital Group · Alpha One 6%/10%/12% (checked 14 October 2026); Alpha Capital Group · What is the Maximum Total Loss? (checked 14 October 2026).
About this rule. How much the account can lose from its opening balance before the total-loss rule is broken, using the smallest allowance across the required evaluation phases. An account bought without an evaluation uses its funded account's allowance. It is not daily headroom, live capital or a pass probability.

Difficulty ratio
Difficulty ratio: 1.50
How this is calculated. For each required evaluation phase, the profit target divided by that phase's opening loss allowance. The results are added.
- profit target
- 6% of $5,000 = $300
- opening loss allowance
- $200
- Result
- 1.50
This describes the shape of the evaluation; it is not a pass probability.
Official sources: Alpha Capital Group · Prop Firm Evaluations (product page and checkout) (checked 14 October 2026); Alpha Capital Group · Alpha One 6%/10%/12% (checked 14 October 2026); Alpha Capital Group · What is the Maximum Total Loss? (checked 14 October 2026).
About this rule. Each required phase's profit target divided by that phase's opening loss allowance, added together. More target per dollar of allowed loss gives a higher number; an account bought without an evaluation has no target, so its ratio is 0. It describes the shape of the evaluation, not the chance of passing.

Total and daily loss
Total and daily loss: 4% maximum drawdown trailing the high-water mark (the highest balance reached): the floor starts at $4,800, rises with each new balance high and stops at the $5,000 initial balance once the balance reaches $5,200. Daily loss of 3% in the evaluation and 4% on the Qualified Analyst account, from the higher of the day's starting balance or equity ($150, then $200, at $5,000), the day starting at 00:00 broker time. Breaching either closes the account.

Minimum days and time limits
Minimum days and time limits: At least 1 trading day; the evaluation has no time limit.
Official sources: Alpha Capital Group · Alpha One 6%/10%/12% (checked 14 October 2026); Alpha Capital Group · Terms and Conditions (checked 14 October 2026).
About this rule. The minimum number of trading or profitable days each evaluation phase requires, including any minimum the firm states a consistency rule sets, any time limit for passing, and any inactivity period after which the account is closed.
Payouts
First and later payouts
First and later payouts: No fixed wait: on the On-Demand schedule a payout can be requested whenever the Best Day Rule and the minimum profit are met. All trades must be closed when requesting, and the account stays locked while the payout is processed.
Official sources: Alpha Capital Group · On-Demand performance fee (checked 14 October 2026); Alpha Capital Group · How do I get paid performance fees? (checked 14 October 2026).
About this rule. When the first payout can be requested and how often later requests are allowed. Waiting periods, qualifying days, review and payment are separate clocks.
Payout minimums and caps
Payout minimums and caps: A request needs gross profits of at least 2% of the account ($100); no maximum is stated. Once the trailing drawdown has locked at the initial balance, requesting all profits closes the account, so Alpha advises leaving a profit buffer.
Official sources: Alpha Capital Group · On-Demand performance fee (checked 15 October 2026); Alpha Capital Group · Terms and Conditions (checked 15 October 2026); Alpha Capital Group · Prop Firm Evaluations (product page and checkout) (checked 15 October 2026); Alpha Capital Group · Alpha One 6%/10%/12% (checked 15 October 2026).
About this rule. The smallest request allowed and any limit on how much can be withdrawn per request or cycle.
Funded consistency rules
Funded consistency rules: Best Day Rule: no single trading day may contribute more than 40% of the total profits. A partial withdrawal resets the consistency score to 0; once a new trade is placed, a new payout and consistency window starts.
Official source: Alpha Capital Group · On-Demand performance fee (checked 14 October 2026).
About this rule. Rules on how profit must be spread across days or trades before a funded payout, and any required profitable days.
Published processing time
Published processing time: Payout requests are processed and paid within 2 business days, or up to 14 business days when the account needs additional verification.

Refunds
Fee refund with a reward
Fee refund with a reward: None: Alpha's evaluation plans are non-refundable, including after the evaluation is completed. Separately, a discretionary bonus of 0.25% of the initial account size ($12.50) is applied on the fourth performance-fee request.

Cancellation refund
Cancellation refund: The return policy (dated 21 December 2021) says all sales are final and no refund will be issued. The terms give consumers 14 days from opening the Alpha account to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, a right they waive when they place their first virtual trade.

A stop or take profit filled in the window is a soft breach: those profits are not eligible for a performance fee.News trading: allowed in the evaluation, restricted when funded.

Contractual penalties
Contractual penalties: Breaching the daily or maximum drawdown is a hard breach that closes the account. On the Qualified Analyst account (bought after 21 July 2026), an open loss on one asset reaching 3% ($150), with losing positions on that asset combined and a re-entry in the same direction within 10 minutes counted together, closes the account. The lot limit is 2.5 lots: a first violation makes the profit from the excess lots ineligible, a second forfeits the performance fee and deactivates the account. Under the 2-minute average trade duration rule a breach means restarting the evaluation from phase 1, or on the Qualified Analyst account losing all profits and a reset to the initial balance. Gambling-style trading leads to removed profits and possibly termination of the contract. Alpha can also move a Qualified Analyst account into its Focused Trader Group, with lower leverage and lot limits, a 1% risk limit per position and no EAs.
