Costs

List price

List price: $369 one-time

Conditions and limits. $369 for the $150,000 account, paid once, with no activation fee. A failed evaluation can be reset for $229. The lower price shown beside it needs a discount code.

Official sources: Tradeify · Homepage and plans (checked 23 October 2026); Tradeify · Tradeify Pricing Reference (checked 17 October 2026).

About this rule. The advertised base price of the selected account and how it is billed. A temporary public offer, available without a code, is shown beside it with any conditions the firm states, while a recent check confirms it; codes, optional purchases and unverified buyer charges are excluded.

Fee per $1,000 of opening risk

Fee per $1,000 of opening risk: $73.80

Conditions and limits. One payment: the one-time fee, with no activation fee and no platform surcharge. Level 1 CME market data is free once the Non-Professional Agreement is signed at the first Tradovate login; otherwise a $300 a month professional data fee may apply. Each trade pays a round-trip commission per contract (for example $5.76 for ES and NQ, $1.82 for MES and MNQ). Level 2 and EUREX data are optional, billed by Tradovate.

How this is calculated. (List price × charges in a 30-day attempt + activation fee + platform and data fees), in US dollars, divided by the opening loss allowance and multiplied by 1,000.

Evaluation & risk

Opening loss allowance

Opening loss allowance: $5,000

How this is calculated. Opening balance minus the opening total-loss floor.

opening balance
$150,000
opening total-loss floor
$145,000
Result
$5,000

Daily loss limits and any trailing of the floor after the opening are separate rules.

Official source: Tradeify · Homepage and plans (checked 17 October 2026).

About this rule. How much the account can lose from its opening balance before the total-loss rule is broken, using the smallest allowance across the required evaluation phases. An account bought without an evaluation uses its funded account's allowance. It is not daily headroom, live capital or a pass probability.

Compare this rule across accounts

Read the guide: How do you calculate the opening loss allowance?

Difficulty ratio

Difficulty ratio: 1.80

How this is calculated. For each required evaluation phase, the profit target divided by that phase's opening loss allowance. The results are added.

profit target
6% of $150,000 = $9,000
opening loss allowance
$5,000
Result
1.80

This describes the shape of the evaluation; it is not a pass probability.

Official source: Tradeify · Homepage and plans (checked 17 October 2026).

About this rule. Each required phase's profit target divided by that phase's opening loss allowance, added together. More target per dollar of allowed loss gives a higher number; an account bought without an evaluation has no target, so its ratio is 0. It describes the shape of the evaluation, not the chance of passing.

Conditions and limits. $9,000, which can be reached in a single day: Growth has no consistency rule and a minimum of 1 trading day.

Official source: Tradeify · Homepage and plans (checked 17 October 2026).

Loss mechanics

Loss mechanics: An end-of-day trailing max drawdown of $5,000: it trails the highest end-of-day balance, never moves down, and is enforced in real time against net liquidation value; touching it fails the account. On the funded account it locks at $150,100 once the end-of-day balance reaches $155,100, or at the first payout request; it never locks on the evaluation.

Minimum days and time limits

Minimum days and time limits: A minimum of 1 trading day and no time limit. At least one trade a week (Monday to Friday) is needed on each account, or it can be closed for inactivity after an email warning.

Official sources: Tradeify · Growth Evaluation Accounts (checked 17 October 2026); Tradeify · Common FAQs (checked 17 October 2026); Tradeify · Guidelines for Traders (checked 17 October 2026).

About this rule. The minimum number of trading or profitable days each evaluation phase requires, including any minimum the firm states a consistency rule sets, any time limit for passing, and any inactivity period after which the account is closed.

Daily loss and contract limits

Daily loss and contract limits: A daily loss limit of $3,750 in the evaluation and the funded account, a soft breach: trading pauses until the next session (6:00 PM ET) and the account stays active; it rises to $5,000 once the account is 6% in profit. Up to 12 minis / 120 micros.

Official sources: Tradeify · Homepage and plans (checked 17 October 2026); Tradeify · Rules: Daily Loss Limit (checked 17 October 2026).

About this rule. Two limits: any daily loss limit, and the most contracts the account may hold at once, counting minis and micros as the firm states.

First and later payouts

First and later payouts: No calendar wait: each payout needs 5 trading days with a profit greater than $250 since the last payout (the count resets after each one), the 35% consistency rule and a balance of at least $156,500.

Official source: Tradeify · Growth Funded: Account Payout Policy (checked 17 October 2026).

Funded consistency rules

Funded consistency rules: 35% consistency rule on the funded account: the biggest day's profit must be at or below 35% of total profit since the last payout. To request a payout, over 50% of trades must last longer than 10 seconds and over 50% of profit must come from trades held longer than 10 seconds; the funded trader agreement asks only that 50% or more of profit come from such trades, and says Help Center rules prevail on trading rules.
