List price
List price: $2,598 one-time
Conditions and limits. $2,598 for the $500,000 account at the standard settings, paid once: E8's fees are one-time fees, with no activation or subscription fee. The lower price shown beside it needs a discount code.
Official sources: E8 Markets · Account configurator (checked 16 October 2026); E8 Markets · What is the Custom Account? (checked 16 October 2026).
About this rule. The advertised base price of the selected account and how it is billed. A temporary public offer, available without a code, is shown beside it with any conditions the firm states, while a recent check confirms it; codes, optional purchases and unverified buyer charges are excluded.

Fee per $1,000 of opening risk
Fee per $1,000 of opening risk: $64.95
Conditions and limits. One payment: the one-time fee. E8 states no activation or subscription fee, and names no platform or data fee for E8 Terminal; we read that as none. Each trade pays a maker or taker fee on its notional value (see Trading fees).
How this is calculated. (List price × charges in a 30-day attempt + activation fee + platform and data fees), in US dollars, divided by the opening loss allowance and multiplied by 1,000.

About this rule. The advertised base cost of a 30-day attempt in US dollars, divided by the opening loss allowance and multiplied by 1,000. A cost scenario for comparing accounts, not an all-in price.
Activation fee
Activation fee: None
Official sources: E8 Markets · What is the Custom Account? (checked 16 October 2026); E8 Markets · Account configurator (checked 16 October 2026).

Trading fees
Trading fees: A percentage of each position's notional value: on crypto perpetuals 0.045% for taker (market) orders and 0.015% for maker (limit) orders, which E8 says are exactly Hyperliquid's fees; on stocks, indices, gold, oil and other traditional instruments 0.009% taker and 0.003% maker.
Official sources: E8 Markets · What are Perpetual Futures? (checked 16 October 2026); E8 Markets · E8 Terminal: GOLD (checked 16 October 2026).
About this rule. The fees charged on each trade, such as maker and taker rates, and what they are a percentage of. They are not part of the account's price.
Funding payments
Funding payments: Funding rates apply on all Hyperliquid assets, like swap fees, and behave as they would in a live environment. E8 Terminal shows each instrument's funding rate with a countdown, and a funding history for the account.
Official sources: E8 Markets · What are Perpetual Futures? (checked 16 October 2026); E8 Markets · E8 Terminal: GOLD (checked 16 October 2026); E8 Markets · How to Use the E8 Terminal (checked 16 October 2026).
About this rule. How the periodic payments between long and short positions of a perpetual contract are applied to the account, and whether they count towards the profit target and the loss limits.
Payout processing fees
Payout processing fees: None from E8; the payout processor (WorkMarket, Rise or Aeropay) may charge, depending on the option used.
Official source: E8 Markets · Everything about Payouts (When, How, How fast..) (checked 16 October 2026).

Evaluation & risk
Opening loss allowance
Opening loss allowance: $40,000
How this is calculated. Opening balance minus the opening total-loss floor.
- opening balance
- $500,000
- opening total-loss floor
- $460,000
- Result
- $40,000
Daily loss limits and any trailing of the floor after the opening are separate rules.
Official source: E8 Markets · Account configurator (checked 16 October 2026).
About this rule. How much the account can lose from its opening balance before the total-loss rule is broken, using the smallest allowance across the required evaluation phases. An account bought without an evaluation uses its funded account's allowance. It is not daily headroom, live capital or a pass probability.

Read the guide: How do you calculate the opening loss allowance?
Difficulty ratio
Difficulty ratio: 1.00
How this is calculated. For each required evaluation phase, the profit target divided by that phase's opening loss allowance. The results are added.
- profit target
- 8% of $500,000 = $40,000
- opening loss allowance
- $40,000
- Result
- 1.00
This describes the shape of the evaluation; it is not a pass probability.
Official source: E8 Markets · Account configurator (checked 16 October 2026).
About this rule. Each required phase's profit target divided by that phase's opening loss allowance, added together. More target per dollar of allowed loss gives a higher number; an account bought without an evaluation has no target, so its ratio is 0. It describes the shape of the evaluation, not the chance of passing.

Evaluation route

Profit targets
Profit targets: 8%
Conditions and limits. $40,000 of closed profit in one SimFi Challenge phase. Only 2% of the initial balance a day ($10,000) counts toward it (the daily profit cap).
Official source: E8 Markets · Account configurator (checked 16 October 2026).
About this rule. The profit each required evaluation phase must reach, as a share of the opening balance. An account bought without an evaluation has none.

Total and daily loss
Total and daily loss: A static drawdown of $40,000 below the initial balance: the loss level never moves, except that the first payout moves it up to the initial balance for good. A daily drawdown of $12,500: each day at 00:00 server time (UTC+3, UTC+2 from early November) the loss level is the day's starting balance less $12,500. Both stages. Equity or balance reaching or falling below either level permanently closes the account.
Official sources: E8 Markets · Account configurator (checked 16 October 2026); E8 Markets · Static Drawdown (checked 16 October 2026); E8 Markets · Daily Drawdown (checked 16 October 2026); E8 Markets · Server time (checked 16 October 2026).

Minimum days and time limits
Minimum days and time limits: No time limit. At least one trade must be opened and closed every 60 days; after 60 days without, the account is disabled.
Official sources: E8 Markets · E8 Pro (checked 16 October 2026); E8 Markets · Refund Policy (checked 16 October 2026).
About this rule. The minimum number of trading or profitable days each evaluation phase requires, including any minimum the firm states a consistency rule sets, any time limit for passing, and any inactivity period after which the account is closed.
Leverage and position limits
Leverage and position limits: Leverage: Bitcoin and Ethereum 1:15, other crypto 1:2, stocks 1:5, indices, metals and energy 1:15, forex 1:25. Netting only: an opposite position of the same size closes the first. Position limits for Hyperliquid instruments on E8 Terminal differ from E8's other platforms. When the account breaches a loss level, the system closes its positions automatically.
Official sources: E8 Markets · E8 Pro (checked 16 October 2026); E8 Markets · Available Trading platforms (checked 16 October 2026); E8 Markets · Are there lot/order size restrictions? (checked 16 October 2026); E8 Markets · Daily Drawdown (checked 16 October 2026).
About this rule. The most leverage and the largest positions the account allows, by instrument group, and what happens to a position that reaches its liquidation price. A liquidated position is not by itself a breach of the account's loss limits.

Payouts
First and later payouts
First and later payouts: Daily: a payout can be requested every day, the first one from the start of the Performance stage, as long as profit since the last payout is at least 1% of the initial balance.
Official sources: E8 Markets · Account configurator (checked 16 October 2026); E8 Markets · E8 Pro (checked 16 October 2026); E8 Markets · Payout request from E8 Pro (checked 16 October 2026).
About this rule. When the first payout can be requested and how often later requests are allowed. Waiting periods, qualifying days, review and payment are separate clocks.
Payout minimums and caps
Payout minimums and caps: Profit since the last payout must be at least 1% of the initial balance. Only 50% of total profit can be requested, and your share is paid from that; the rest stays in the account as a buffer. The smallest payout is $100 of your share ($125 requested at 80%). No payout caps.
Official sources: E8 Markets · Account configurator (checked 16 October 2026); E8 Markets · E8 Pro (checked 16 October 2026); E8 Markets · Everything about Payouts (When, How, How fast..) (checked 16 October 2026).
About this rule. The smallest request allowed and any limit on how much can be withdrawn per request or cycle.
Funded consistency rules
Funded consistency rules: No consistency rule. A daily profit cap in both stages: profit above 2% of the initial balance in a day is removed from the balance at the next rollover (00:00-01:00 server time) and does not count.
Official sources: E8 Markets · E8 Pro (checked 16 October 2026); E8 Markets · Daily profit cap (checked 16 October 2026).
About this rule. Rules on how profit must be spread across days or trades before a funded payout, and any required profitable days.
After a payout
After a payout: At the first payout the static drawdown's loss level moves up to the initial balance and stays there. Of the profit requested, 50% is paid out at your share and 50% stays in the account as a drawdown buffer; the daily drawdown is then calculated from the new balance.
Official sources: E8 Markets · Static Drawdown (checked 16 October 2026); E8 Markets · Payout request from E8 Pro (checked 16 October 2026); E8 Markets · Everything about Payouts (When, How, How fast..) (checked 16 October 2026).

Published processing time
Published processing time: No deadline is promised. E8 gives medians for 1 January to 1 May 2026: 11 hours from request to approval, and 24 hours to the funds arriving in the Rise or WorkMarket account. The process can take up to 5 business days, and payouts are not processed at weekends. The terms of service say payments are processed within 7 days.

Expert advisors and copying

Contractual penalties
Contractual penalties: Prohibited practices (risking the whole daily drawdown on one trade, hedging across accounts, one expert advisor strategy shared by several users, large-volume trading without a coherent strategy, holding more than 50% of trades for under one minute) lead to termination with a refund of that account's fee, may cost the Performance account or its accrued profits, and E8 may limit risk to 1% per trade idea. Its terms of service say no fee is refundable under any circumstance.
