Fee per $1,000 of opening risk
Fee per $1,000 of opening risk: $186.67 to $286.671 or 2 charges in 30 days
Conditions and limits. A monthly subscription: one or two charges in a 30-day attempt ($150 to $300), plus the $130 PRO fee once passed; the subscription stops when the Test is passed, and the PRO account has no monthly fee. Evaluation & risk
Opening loss allowance
Opening loss allowance: $1,500
How this is calculated. Opening balance minus the opening total-loss floor.
- opening balance
- $25,000
- opening total-loss floor
- $23,500
- Result
- $1,500
Daily loss limits and any trailing of the floor after the opening are separate rules.
Official sources: Take Profit Trader · Home (checked 5 November 2026); Take Profit Trader · Help centre: Rule 3: Do Not Hit End-Of-Day (EOD) Maximum Trailing Drawdown (checked 5 November 2026); Take Profit Trader · Help centre: Rule 1: Hit Your Profit Target (checked 5 November 2026).
About this rule. How much the account can lose from its opening balance before the total-loss rule is broken, using the smallest allowance across the required evaluation phases. An account bought without an evaluation uses its funded account's allowance. It is not daily headroom, live capital or a pass probability.

Read the guide: How do you calculate the opening loss allowance?
Difficulty ratio
Difficulty ratio: 1.00
How this is calculated. For each required evaluation phase, the profit target divided by that phase's opening loss allowance. The results are added.
- profit target
- 6% of $25,000 = $1,500
- opening loss allowance
- $1,500
- Result
- 1.00
This describes the shape of the evaluation; it is not a pass probability.
Each required phase's profit target divided by that phase's opening loss allowance, added together. More target per dollar of allowed loss gives a higher number; an account bought without an evaluation has no target, so its ratio is 0. It describes the shape of the evaluation, not the chance of passing.

Profit targets
Profit targets: 6%
Conditions and limits. $1,500, with the best day below 50% of the total net profit: if it is not, the goal rises to more than twice the best day's net profit. At least 3 trading days.
The profit each required evaluation phase must reach, as a share of the opening balance. An account bought without an evaluation has none.

Loss mechanics
Loss mechanics: A $1,500 trailing drawdown. In the Test it trails the end-of-day balance: the minimum balance starts at $23,500, follows the highest end-of-day balance and stops at $25,000. In the PRO account it trails intraday, on the peak balance with unrealized gains, from $23,500 until it reaches $25,000. Falling to the minimum balance at any time, open losses included, liquidates the account.
Official sources: Take Profit Trader · Home (checked 5 November 2026); Take Profit Trader · Help centre: Rule 3: Do Not Hit End-Of-Day (EOD) Maximum Trailing Drawdown (checked 5 November 2026); Take Profit Trader · Help centre: PRO Account Rules (checked 5 November 2026).

Minimum days and time limits
Minimum days and time limits: At least 3 trading days, each with at least one trade, and no time limit.
Official sources: Take Profit Trader · Help centre: Rule 5: Be Consistent (checked 5 November 2026); Take Profit Trader · Help centre: Test Subscriptions (checked 5 November 2026).

Daily loss and contract limits
Daily loss and contract limits: No daily loss limit in the Test or the PRO account (the size card strikes out the $500 limit as removed). Up to 3 contracts or 30 micros at a time in the Test; Take Profit Trader's comparison table says contract limits do not change from the Test to the PRO account, and no scaling plan applies.
Official sources: Take Profit Trader · Home (checked 6 November 2026); Take Profit Trader · Help centre: Rule 2: Do Not Exceed Maximum Position Size (checked 6 November 2026); Take Profit Trader · Help centre: TakeProfitTrader Universal Trading Policies (UTP) (checked 6 November 2026).

Payouts
First and later payouts
First and later payouts: From day one in the PRO account and daily after that, once the balance is above the buffer ($26,500): no minimum days, no profitable days and no payout window.
Official sources: Take Profit Trader · Help centre: PRO Account Profit Split & Withdrawal Rules (checked 5 November 2026); Take Profit Trader · Help centre: Speed of Payouts Update: Q&A (checked 5 November 2026); Take Profit Trader · Home (checked 5 November 2026).
About this rule. When the first payout can be requested and how often later requests are allowed. Waiting periods, qualifying days, review and payment are separate clocks.
Payout minimums and caps
Payout minimums and caps: No withdrawal restrictions on profit above the buffer and no maximum amount, at 80%. The buffer equals the drawdown, so the balance must first reach $26,500 ($25,000 plus $1,500). After the PRO account is closed, 50% of the buffer zone can be withdrawn.
Official sources: Take Profit Trader · Help centre: PRO Account Profit Split & Withdrawal Rules (checked 5 November 2026); Take Profit Trader · Home (checked 5 November 2026).
About this rule. The smallest request allowed and any limit on how much can be withdrawn per request or cycle.
Funded consistency rules
Funded consistency rules: None in the PRO account or a PRO+ account.
Official source: Take Profit Trader · Home (checked 5 November 2026).
About this rule. Rules on how profit must be spread across days or trades before a funded payout, and any required profitable days.
After a payout
After a payout: Only profit above the buffer can be withdrawn, so the balance stays at or above $26,500 after a withdrawal; the pages read do not say whether a withdrawal moves the minimum balance, which stops trailing at $25,000. A withdrawal needs no open positions or working orders when it is requested.

Published processing time
Published processing time: From a Tradovate PRO account to the wallet in 5 to 10 seconds (Rithmic PRO and PRO+ withdrawals are still handled by hand); the dashboard balance updates once a day, at about 8 to 9 PM Eastern. A payout from the wallet is reviewed within 12 business hours; Plaid then pays US banks, usually in real time or within 1 to 2 business days, and Wise or PayPal payouts are processed within 12 business hours.
